Head Chef


With over 30 years of experience combined in cooking, managing and serving food, Josie is excited once again to feed the hungry mouths that linger for her cooking. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Mother of 5 with 3 step children and 11 grand children, she has picked up many tricks of the trade in delightful cooking. After working herself through the ranks of Mc Donalds and eventually running her own store for years, she has the traits that is needed in customer service, food preparation and pleasing hungry bodies.

**A portion of my income goes to St Jude's  Children  Hospital.**

Special Events and Catering


Our restaurant is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event. We are a Military/LEO/EMS/First Responder/Corrections friendly family.

Seasonal and Local


We support our local farmers. All produce are fresh daily. 

We try to accommodate all our customers so from time to time we will have Seasonal food and drinks available such as Sorrel, Rum Cake, Black Pudding (Blood Pudding), Conkie (Blue Draws) etc
